The SIGMA SD10 uses the latest version of Foveon's 10.2 Mp (R+G+B) direct image sensor, the Foveon X3 Pro 10M. The camera offers the following advantages over the first generation camera: increased dynamic range, longer exposure times, and broader ISO selection.
